To accomplish its mission, the Center:
Identifies potential funding opportunities and qualified organizations to seek resources that meet the needs of the Mid-South community.
Provides our customers a competitive edge in securing financial resources through information, training and technical assistance.
Promotes confidence among funders and success for customers by assisting with the entire grant process.
Facilitates collaborative efforts that generate financial resources for community projects.
Builds our customers’ organizational capacity to secure, implement, and administer financial resources.
The Center has four strategic goals that will lead it in carrying out its mission over the next three years.
GOAL I
To become THE SOURCE for information, training, and technical assistance
in securing and managing financial resources that meet the needs of the
Mid-South community.
GOAL II
To increase national foundation funding of local collaborative efforts.
GOAL III
To develop policies and procedures that guide The Grant Center in the
delivery of services.
GOAL IV
To build the capacity of nonprofit organizations to seek national funding.
